CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your birthday / special occasion cake due to unforeseen circumstances we will issue you a credit note for the amount paid which can be used as a whole or in part for another cake within a 12 month period.
WEDDING CAKE
Should you need to postpone your wedding cake for any reason your payment and order can be moved to your new date. Should you need to cancel the first £50 is non refundable. The balance of your wedding cake is due on completion of your cake usually 1-2 days prior.
RETURNS
If there is a problem please do let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue if possible. A refund full or partial is at the management’s discretion depending on the problem. Cakes already consumed cannot attract a full refund.
PHOTOS
We take photos of most of our cakes and reserve the right to use them on our website and social media pages. We do not tend to use cakes which have personal photos on them.
ALLERGENS
We have a separate kitchen for our free from cakes and we do cater for gluten free, dairy free and egg and soya free in this room. Please state your allergens when placing your order.
Payment acts as a receipt and agreement to our terms and conditions.
