The first shop opened on the 9th February 1993 on Rosemount Place, always looking to improve the service and customer experience Linda then moved to her new store 137 Crown Street in 2001. This store has kept the open working area as part of its charm but also includes a private room for wedding consultations.

Having been diagnosed as wheat and dairy intolerant over 20 years ago, Linda realised there was a growing need for this type of product. In 2015 a room in the store was converted solely for this purpose and so “Linda’s Baking Without” began, producing a variety of gluten free, dairy free and nut free cakes, tray bakes and desserts.
